Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1986 from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. He began his career at the Nebraska Department of Roads in 1987 and rose to lead the off-system Federal Aid Bridge Preliminary Design Section before entering private consulting in 1992. Mark co-founded Mainelli Wagner & Associates in 2001.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1988 and his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1993, both from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. He began his engineering career at the Nebraska Department of Roads Bridge Division in 1990, working in Bridge Hydraulics and Bridge Design before co-founding Mainelli Wagner & Associates in 2001.
