Moses Engineering provides Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) design and consulting services to institutional clients in healthcare, higher education, and government. Incorporated in 1980 in Gainesville, Florida, Moses Engineering serves clients across Florida and other states, delivering turn-key design solutions, specialty engineering, and forensic analysis with Principal-level attention on every project.
Moses Engineering provides Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection design and consulting services. All projects receive Principal-level attention and are QC'd internally to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to scope.

Sam Frasier brings nearly three decades of mechanical design experience to Moses Engineering, overseeing all projects with a focus on MEP design, facilities infrastructure, central plant utilities, and renovations for healthcare, university, and government clients across the Southeast. He led the first LEED Platinum Certified design in Florida and the first LEED Platinum Athletic Facility in the United States.

Since joining Moses Engineering in 2012, Zachary Frasier has developed expertise in MEP systems, building automation, and accreditation compliance for healthcare and university facilities. His project experience includes more than 125 AHU replacements, 35,000 tons of chiller plant projects, and over $100 million in new building construction. He serves as the in-house CFD analysis specialist and holds expertise in FGI Guidelines, USP 800/797, and JCAHO standards.

Since joining Moses Engineering in 2017, William Walker has developed expertise in specialty laboratories and cleanrooms, performance-based utility upgrades, hospital infrastructure renovations, and emergency response system design across K-12, university, independent research centers, institutional energy plants, and healthcare facilities in Florida. He holds deep knowledge of NFPA, OSHA, and ANSI standards.
