Overview
MODUS is an Iowa-based MEPT consulting engineering practice specializing in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems for the construction industry. Founded in 1963 as Gilmor+Doyle, MODUS has engineered building systems for more than 11,000 facilities. It serves owners, architects, industrial clients, and large institutional customers from four offices in Des Moines, Iowa City, Waterloo, and Portland, Maine. MODUS has completed more than 100 LEED-certified projects and is a pioneer in geothermal energy applications for building HVAC systems in the Midwest.
