ASCO Automatic Transfer Switch Restoration

Restored an ASCO automatic transfer switch damaged by an electrical fire. Replaced the back-plane, main switch assembly, control PCB, solenoid, and wiring harnesses, refreshed capacitors, and performed a 100-hour loaded burn-in.

Sam Millspaw

Founder & Principal Engineer

Sam Millspaw founded Millspaw Electronics in 2019 to provide reliable solutions for obsolete and custom electronics, particularly in the nuclear industry. He began his career as a Procurement Engineer at Bechtel, supporting the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program, and later served as Lead Repair Engineer at ATC, where he specialized in component repair and reverse engineering for safety-critical systems.

Stephen Hayes

Senior Engineer

Stephen Hayes joined Millspaw Electronics in 2022 and leads product design and reverse engineering initiatives while providing technical oversight. He previously worked at Paragon Energy Solutions supporting nuclear I&C systems and has several years of experience in product development and control systems in the industrial sector.

Leigh Skorupskas

Vice President

Leigh Skorupskas joined Millspaw Electronics in 2023, playing a key role in building and implementing the quality assurance program-laying a strong foundation for continued success in the nuclear sector. Her role has since expanded to encompass business development, operations, and long-term growth strategy.
