He is a Professional Engineer licensed in Florida and Georgia with over 40 years of experience in geotechnical engineering consulting and subsurface investigation services. Rodney's expertise includes directing geotechnical site explorations and preparing foundation design recommendations for a variety of civil design projects ranging from municipal buildings, roadway and signals, bridges and miscellaneous structures, bulkheads and docks, parks and trails, drainage/stormwater, and utilities.

Brett has more than 14 years of field, laboratory, and geotechnical analysis experience throughout Florida. Brett has managed the entire geotechnical process, which includes drilling, laboratory testing, and analysis for numerous Florida Department of Transportation projects. Brett is SmartPile EDC System certified and graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Civil Engineering.
