This rebuild included primary and secondary headboxes with approach systems, increased fourdrinier length, profiling steambox, press and dryer sheet handling upgrades, and winder and roll handling upgrades.

This brownfield project included a hydraulic headbox, fourdrinier, twin press sections, airborne dryer, process air systems, dry end pulper, cutter/layboy, and baling/handling system in a new building.

Replacement of generating bank tubes, generating bank screen, and partial nose arch on a 550 kpph, 1400 psig 950 F hogfuel boiler, executing 30,000 manhours over a 30-day outage.
