We enjoy the high level of professionalism and thoroughness of working with MDP. Our relationship with MDP, on Union Tower West, went well beyond the contract they had as part of the design-build mechanical team through our Construction Group. Starting with the initial design charrettes, in finding opportunities to achieve LEED Certification on a fully glazed, 12-story, mixed use project that had office, hotel and retail; to working directly with the Ownership team in coordinating our base building mechanical system design with ongoing tenant improvements. Their efforts have not gone unnoticed by the Developer and Ownership Teams and their high degree of professionalism in working with us to solve design challenges has been paramount.

MDP is one of the few excellent, comprehensive MEP engineering firms we work with. If we need reliable, well-coordinated documentation, and in depth understanding of all building systems, they are among a rare group in their profession.
