Andrew Maximous has over 20 years of traffic engineering experience in private and municipal settings. Licensed as a Professional Civil Engineer in California, Texas, Washington, and Arizona and as a Traffic Engineer in California. Holds a B.S. from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Experience spans Federal and CA-MUTCD, traffic signal design and operations, speed studies, railroad preemption, and ITS.
