George H. Larson, Jr. has 30 years of experience in site development and project management covering residential, industrial, commercial, institutional, and public works projects. His design and management experience spans land planning, roads, water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and entrance and pavement design. He is a co-founder of Larson Engineering Group, Inc.
Douglas J. Liberman

Douglas J. Liberman has over 25 years of experience in site development projects and has served as lead design engineer and project manager for over 17 years. His expertise covers storm drainage, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, facilities design, parking lots, entrances, road systems, water and sewer for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. He is a co-founder of Larson Engineering Group, Inc.
Andrew J. Collins
Project Manager
Andrew J. Collins has been a project manager for over 15 years with design experience in commercial and residential land development including site layout, stormwater management design, sanitary sewer and domestic/fire service design, roads and entrance design, and site grading. He manages projects from concept plan through approved final design documents and construction phase inspections, with extensive experience working with county and state government agencies.
