KLH Engineers, Inc.

KLH Engineers, Inc. has served municipal clients throughout western Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic region since 1982. With a portfolio of more than 400 municipal clients and work active for more than 50 authorities and municipalities, KLH provides planning, design, operations, permitting, and construction administration for water supply systems, wastewater treatment plants, sanitary sewer infrastructure, roads, bridges, stormwater systems, and public buildings. The team of more than 60 professionals includes approximately 25 engineers, a drafting department, and a full-time surveying crew led by a registered Professional Land Surveyor. Three professional-engineer owners direct day-to-day operations, with 15 engineers holding Pennsylvania PE registration and many licensed across additional Mid-Atlantic states.
