JCDX JOICAUST Installation

Sydney, Australia | U.S. Navy | Defense

Deployed version 5.0 of the Joint Cross Domain eXchange (JCDX) JOICAUST system in Sydney, Australia. The work involved building custom regional map disks supporting CADRG and Shapefile formats, facilitating system cutover, and integrating remote clients.

JCDX Yokosuka Remote Administration Integration

Yokosuka, Japan | U.S. Navy | Defense

Designed and implemented an encrypted SSH-based remote administration connection between the Yokosuka OIC site and the MSO site in Yatsuya, Japan. The engineered solution replaced low-speed telnet connections, significantly reducing character latency and meeting strict accreditor requirements.

James M. Dean

Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer

Joined Keysoft Systems in May 2005. Previously served as President, CEO, and Chairman/Founder of ComGlobal Systems, Inc. Earlier in his career, he worked for the Department of the Navy at the Naval Ocean Systems Center (NOSC) from 1983 to 1987, managing research, development, testing, and validation of advanced computer, communications, and information display systems.

Tonya L. Carroll

Corporate Secretary and Facility Security Officer

Serves as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Insider Threat Program Senior Official (ITPSO) at Keysoft Systems. Manages the proactive security program to ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). Formerly worked at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) from 1990 to 1999 as an Academic Outreach and Expertise Planner in the Directorate of Intelligence.

Margaret M. Dean

Financial Accountant

Manages corporate financial accounts and data entry, ensuring accounting compliance with DoD policies and DCAA procedures. She has supported accounting for Keysoft Systems since 2008 and possesses extensive bookkeeping and accounting experience across numerous entities.
