Kenneth R. Dirksen has been registered as a Professional Engineer in Texas since 1997 and as a Registered Professional Land Surveyor since 2011. He began his career in 1989 with Chicago Bridge and Iron Co. as a field engineer in industrial construction before serving as a Transportation Engineer at the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Uvalde Sub-Area Office.
