President / Mechanical Engineer

James Kennelly began his career in 2007 as a Mechanical Engineering Intern while attending Arizona State University. After serving as a managing partner at his previous firm for six years, he founded Kennelly & Associates Engineering, PC. His mechanical design experience centers on HVAC systems, including rooftop package systems, split system designs, variable and constant volume chilled water air handling units, chilled water central plants, boiler water systems, clean room applications and medical facilities. His foundation in engineering principles and computer-aided drafting allows him to handle projects with speed and precision.
Rayford T. Winn
Associate
Rayford T. Winn began his career as a mechanical drafter in 2000 and has accumulated over 20 years of experience in mechanical and plumbing design, drafting and project management. He joined Kennelly & Associates Engineering, PC at its founding. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, he brings BIM expertise and experience with code load calculation software to a wide range of project types.
