President and CEO

P.E.

Member of KCW since 1994 and current President and CEO, with extensive experience spanning civil engineering, zoning, stormwater, highway design, and land development. Registered professional engineer in Maryland, D.C., and Virginia. Graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Member of ASCE, Society of Women Engineers, and Maryland Society of Professional Engineers.

Melissa M. Walker

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Oversees accounting, finance operations, and financial reporting. Holds a Bachelor of Administration in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma. Joined KCW through a high school work-study program and later returned as CFO.

J. Peter McDonnell

Vice President of Operations

Has worked at KCW since 1986 with broad experience in telecommunications design, utility engineering, and land development. Prior experience includes port development work in Ireland and road research in Norway. Holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the National University of Ireland.

Senior Advisor

L.S.

Co-founder of KCW in 1979 with over 40 years of experience in engineering and land surveying. Expertise spans aerial and underground telecommunications, electric, gas, and cable TV facilities for Verizon, Pepco, BGE, and Comcast, as well as civil engineering and land surveying.
