Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Illinois, KaleTech, LLC provides civil, environmental, and infrastructure engineering to public agencies, municipalities, and private clients. KaleTech applies advanced technologies and sustainable design approaches to reduce capital costs and long-term operation and maintenance expenses. With more than 20 years of combined infrastructure project experience in the Chicago metropolitan area, KaleTech has partnered with prime consultants, contractors, and government agencies on water, wastewater, transportation, and environmental projects. Founder and CEO Chetan Kale holds a Professional Engineer license in eight states, enabling KaleTech to serve clients across the Midwest and beyond.

Chetan Vishwas Kale brings over 20 years of experience in environmental and infrastructure engineering across India, the United States, and East Africa. Before founding KaleTech in 2009, he led major infrastructure design projects in the Chicago area. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai (VJTI) and an M.S. in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin, Tennessee, and Texas.
