Structural engineer and principal who founded Jessen-Wright Structural Engineers in 1996 after 12 years at Culp and Tanner Structural Engineers, where he was responsible for design and construction administration of parking structures, office buildings, hotels, and casinos. Holds a BS in Civil Engineering from California State University, Chico (1984). Licensed as Structural Engineer and Professional Engineer in multiple western states and Hawaii.
