Roadway Design

Develops roadway layouts and related civil design documents for public and private site work.

Geotechnical Services

JCE performs subsurface exploration programs including soil borings, soil evaluations, and geotechnical reports supporting site development and structural design.

Wetland Permitting

Wetland permitting through RIDEM Freshwater Wetlands program and the Coastal Resources Management Council (CRMC).

Site Permitting

Regulatory permitting through RIDEM, RIDOT, Providence Water, Kent County Water, Narragansett Bay Commission, and local planning and zoning boards.

Site Grading

Develops grading plans that establish buildable elevations and support drainage design for permitted site work.

Joseph Casali is the President of Joe Casali Engineering, Inc. He has been practicing engineering for more than 20 years and has owned and operated JCE for more than 15 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering.

Project Manager

Daniel DeCesaris has over 13 years of geotechnical and civil engineering experience in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.

Sandro DaSilva is a Senior Project Engineer and registered Professional Engineer in Rhode Island since 2017.
