She has over 18 years of expertise in building facades and historic preservation and serves on the Board of the Delaware Valley Association of Structural Engineers' Women in Structural Engineering (WiSE) Philadelphia.

Erik joined JBCI in 2006 and advanced to Principal before becoming Partner. He is licensed in multiple states and focuses on assessment and repair of existing and historic structures.

Joe joined as Project Engineer in 1993, with experience spanning new structural design through rehabilitation and forensic studies. Promoted to Director of Engineering in 2011.

Allen joined JBCI as Project Engineer in 1984, advancing to Vice President in 1992 and later serving as President. He now serves as Strategic Advisor, specializing in building envelope, water abatement, and building technology.
