Jasmine Azima founded Jasmine Engineering in 1984, establishing a practice specializing in Total Building Commissioning, Project Management, and Program Management services. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, she has overseen projects representing billions in construction costs. She is an active community leader and has served on several civic boards, including the UT Austin Engineering Foundation Advisory Board.
