Former U.S. Army officer in the Field Artillery with a Ranger Tab and Parachutist Badge, with over 35 years of experience in construction management, engineering, and consulting. He has broad-based management expertise having acquired experience in both public and private organizations including engineering and construction consulting practices, and with an at-risk builder/contractor. He advises owners, contractors, and attorneys on a variety of public and private sector projects, and has worked in partnership with clients in the U.S., Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Peru, and Puerto Rico. Holds a B.S. in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University.

Retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel and pilot with 27 years of service. She manages financial matters and oversees administrative and financial operations. During her service, she worked in several mission-critical capacities including an assignment with an Air Force Civil Engineering Unit managing military personnel who maintained air base infrastructure and facilities. Holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and in Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
