He previously served as Traffic & Drainage Engineer and Assistant City Engineer for the City of Valdosta from 1996 to 2009, subsequently acting as Vice President and Engineering Director of a local consulting practice before founding Innovate in 2010. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Georgia and Florida.
