Mashal Ali
President
PE
Mashal Ali is a licensed professional engineer who assumed leadership of Infra Tech Engineering, LLC in 2016. Under her direction, ITE has achieved significant revenue growth and won major public agency contracts, including prime roles with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. She previously served for four years at the New York City Department of Design and Construction. She holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Drexel University and is pursuing a master's degree in engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
Abid Ansari

Abid Ansari joined Infra Tech Engineering in October 2019, bringing over 35 years of multi-disciplinary engineering experience. He oversees project design challenges across civil structures, traffic engineering, and construction management. Prior to ITE, he spent 20 years with the LiRo Group, where he served as the Director of Transportation and significantly expanded its traffic and transportation practice. He holds a master's degree in structural engineering and has served in lead engineering roles on major regional projects, including the multibillion-dollar JFK Airport Redevelopment.
