Provided Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling services for the conversion of the former Shillman Building at 500 N. Calvert Street into a state-of-the-art courthouse. Responsibilities included reviewing the initial CPM schedule, conducting monthly schedule updates, assessing project changes and revisions, performing time impact analyses, and delivering recommendations for time extensions. The project delivered 168,568 square feet of newly configured judicial space with eight courtrooms, expanded offices, integrated detention facilities, a modern glass and metal facade, and a new pedestrian plaza on Centre Street.
