Projects

City of Hayward Water and Sewer Line Improvements

Hayward, CA | City of Hayward | Water Supply

Design of water distribution and sewer collection system improvements across 32 separate municipal locations, totaling 5 miles of water and 3 miles of sewer pipelines. The scope resolved pipeline structural issues, improved maintenance access, and managed complex permitting for crossings near BART, Caltrans, and railroad tracks.

County of San Mateo Memorial Park Wastewater Treatment and Infrastructure Replacement

San Mateo, CA | County of San Mateo | Wastewater

Planning, design, and construction oversight for a modern wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and collection system improvements to replace an aging, 50-year-old system. Features a new sewer force main, pump station, and a highly efficient extended aeration process within a low-impact footprint.

City of Manteca TCP Mitigation

2022 | Manteca, CA | City of Manteca | Water Supply

Preparation of a design report, detailed specifications, and construction phase support for Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) treatment systems on four groundwater wells to address 1,2,3-trichloropropane (TCP) contamination. Managed as a collaborative progressive design-build project, securing an ENR California Best Project award.

City of Mountain View Water and Sewer Master Plans

Mountain View, CA | City of Mountain View | Water Resources

Development of comprehensive Water and Sewer Master Plans utilizing hydraulic modeling and hydrant flow tests. The analysis evaluated existing system capacity, projected future demands based on land use files, and established a prioritized Capital Improvement Program.

SacSewer Mission Trunk Rehabilitation

Sacramento, CA | SacSewer | Wastewater

Engineering design for the rehabilitation of a 34,000-foot unlined reinforced concrete sewer trunk line. The design utilized cured-in-place piping (CIPP) and open-cut techniques, and integrated new manholes and junction structures to improve future system access.

Lytton Rancheria On-site Wastewater Influent and Effluent Management

Sonoma County, CA | Lytton Rancheria | Wastewater

Planning and design of a packaged membrane bioreactor (MBR) wastewater treatment plant and recycled water storage system to support a tribal residential community. Also designed the drinking water system including wells, storage tanks, and arsenic and manganese filtration.

City of Manteca Water Master Plan

Manteca, CA | City of Manteca | Water Resources

Development of a comprehensive Water Master Plan using calibrated hydraulic models and fire flow testing data. Features a structural condition assessment and a prioritized infrastructure rehabilitation program integrated with a rate study.
