A 20-year engineering veteran, Roberto P. Martinez, Jr. oversees management, operations, and administration for Howland Engineering and Surveying Co. As Geoscience Manager, he leads civil design, pavement design, geotechnical engineering, construction materials testing, forensic engineering, and commercial and post-tension foundation design. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from Texas A&M University and an M.S. in Civil Engineering specializing in Structural Engineering from Purdue University.
