Houston Engineering, Inc. (HEI) is a multidisciplinary civil engineering consulting firm founded in 1968 and headquartered in Fargo, North Dakota. With more than 55 years of experience, HEI operates 15 offices across the Midwest and Great Plains, serving clients in more than 41 states as well as Mexico and Canada.
