Patricia O. Davis, P.E., founded HLDSR Engineering, LLC in 2016, naming it in honor of her late father, Harry L. Davis, Sr., an accomplished electrical engineer. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering and obtained her Professional Engineer license in New Jersey in 2010. Davis has extensive engineering experience, including six years as the Lead Electrical Engineer at a New Jersey-based architecture and engineering practice focusing on wastewater treatment facilities and electrical infrastructure.
