Permit and construction drawings for the remodel of the University of Kansas Jayhawk Bookstore into McLain's Market and bakery. A low existing ceiling in the bakery and kitchen area required creative use of 3D modeling to coordinate hood, makeup air, and exhaust ductwork.

Telluride, Colorado | Residential
15,000 square foot residence featuring radiant flooring and geothermal water-to-water units combined with natural-gas boilers and fan coil units. Collaboration with architect Tommy Hein required close coordination with structural and architectural design.
Lawrence, Kansas | Historic Preservation
Major renovation of the 1956 Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway station to modernize the building while retaining its historical significance. MEP design included geothermal wells and replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The property was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2018.

Mechanical design featuring eight ground-source heat pumps for comfort heating, cooling, and fresh air to meeting rooms. Connected to twenty-seven 200-foot-deep wells located throughout the site.
