Tod J. Henning

Tod spent 20 years in various leadership roles in the Army Reserves including a deployment to Iraq in 2004 as a company commander prior to starting H2B in 2005. His time in the military heavily influenced his leadership style and his passion to give back to fellow veterans through H2B's work.
Lane Lackey

Lane joined H2B in 2014. He began his career as a field engineer in the construction industry where he learned how to make design drawings come to life. Lane uses his background in construction, his seasoned design experience, and project management efficiency to help the project teams provide smooth project delivery.

Travis grew up in College Station and graduated from Texas A&M before moving to Houston to begin his engineering career. In 2018, he moved back home to Aggieland to open the H2B College Station office.

Ken began his engineering career in Wyoming and relocated to Texas in 1998. With over 30 years of civil engineering experience, Ken has significant experience in site design, as well as roadways and infrastructure.
