Wood Framing Plans
Guinn Structural designs structural wood framing plans for layouts and spans outside the prescriptive building widths of the IRC for new residential, multifamily, and commercial construction, using sawn wood stick framing or trusses.
Foundation Plans
Foundation design for conventionally reinforced slabs on grade with reinforced concrete or CMU stem walls, isolated spread footings and piers with grade beams, and foundations for pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB).
Delegated Design - Glass Storefront and Curtain Wall
PE-sealed structural calculations for aluminum storefront systems, curtain wall, and glass guard rails using the 2020 Aluminum Design Manual for open and closed shapes.
Pressure Vessels and Flare Stacks
Custom-engineered structural design for steel self-supported vertical flare stacks, horizontal and vertical steel pressure vessels, and steel and FRP tanks. Services include lifting analysis, lifting lug design, and tailing lug design. Design to ASME STS-1, API 560, ASME BTH-1, ASME Section VIII Div. 1, and ASCE 7 Wind and Seismic standards.
