Gina manages senior leadership, major decisions, operations, and resources. She leads the development of short and long-term strategic goals while implementing the vision and mission, ensuring high social responsibility while assessing, monitoring, and minimizing risks. She also coordinates business development opportunities and represents the practice with major clients, the financial community, and the public.
Chief Operating Officer
Elaine works closely with the CEO and is responsible for the implementation of all policies and operations. With extensive management and finance experience, she oversees regulatory compliance, financial reporting, transactions, and financial compliance. She is also responsible for talent management of the technical staff and staff development.
Vice President of Engineering
Joanne reviews all engineering designs for quality assurance and quality control, including compliance, maintenance of standards, and fulfilling contract requirements. As lead engineer of record, she manages the engineering staff to ensure best practices in design and meets all standards for safety and code compliance.
