Brings 33 years of civil engineering experience including multifamily site development, transportation projects for the City of Irving, retail development, and school projects. Proficient in hydraulic and hydrology design.

Founder of Glenn Engineering Corporation and a Texas Tech University BSCE graduate (1969). Began his career at Forrest and Cotton Consulting Engineers on projects including the Dallas-Ft. Worth Airport, Dallas North Tollway, and Las Colinas development. Previously served as Regional Vice President at Ayres Associates for 12 years.

Joined Glenn Engineering Corporation in 1995 and is one of the founders of the practice. Brings over 49 years of experience, with a significant portion dedicated to North Texas engineering and providing site development design services in the North Central Texas area. Over the last 30 years, has served as project manager on the majority of civil design engineering projects for school developments.
