Gipe did an outstanding job on the project and as you can see it turned out great and will forever be a special facility within the Community of Havre de Grace.
For the fundamental and enhanced commissioning associated with LEED v4, it's my understanding that a commissioning agent needs to do a design review of the DDs and CDs. They will look at the MEP system design to make sure it meets the Owner's Program Requirements, serviceability, efficiencies, etc. (Fortunately we have GIPE as the designer so you already know it will be great.)
