Fred Frederick
President
Mr. Frederick has been working in the field of surveying and civil engineering since 1974. In 1986 he became a partner at J. Harold Seibert and Associates. He has served as an expert witness in Washington County Circuit Court and taught surveying technology at Hagerstown Community College.
Justin Doty
Vice President
Mr. Doty joined FSA in 2007 and holds a civil engineering degree from Penn State. He runs the Pennsylvania offices and expanded FSA into Central Pennsylvania by opening the Carlisle branch.
Trevor Frederick
Vice President
Trevor Frederick joined FSA in 2004 and holds a civil engineering degree from Penn State with a water resources focus. He serves as Director of Development and Vice President, managing client relationships and land development projects.
