40-50 Year Building Recertifications
Mandatory structural and electrical recertification inspections for Florida buildings at 40 and 50 years and every 10 years thereafter, as required by Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and other county building departments. Inspections cover primary load-bearing components, concrete, balconies, roofing systems, electrical service equipment, panels, grounding, and feeders.
Structural Integrity Reserve Studies (SIRS)
Florida-required SIRS for condominiums and cooperatives three stories or higher, combining visual inspection of at least eight critical building components with financial reserve analysis to support long-term safety planning and compliance with state law.
Balcony Inspections
Three-year mandatory safety inspections for balconies and elevated structures.
Level II Thermography Inspection Reports
Advanced infrared thermal imaging inspections performed by Level II Certified Thermographers to detect hidden structural and electrical issues, including required thermography for electrical systems over 400 amps under Miami-Dade recertification requirements.
Threshold Structural Inspections
Required inspections for large Florida buildings during construction to ensure structural safety and compliance with threshold building requirements.
