Neil Skogland

Neil is a Mechanical Engineer with a 30-year background in design and estimating of custom-engineered cranes and related heavy machinery. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington's Executive MBA program, where he served as Class President. Neil is formerly the Chairman of the Engineering Committee and also the Association President for the Crane Manufacturers' Association of America, and was recognized in 2006 by Hoist Magazine as one of the Top 50 Most Influential Persons in the crane industry worldwide.
Tina Meadows
Senior Controls Engineer

Tina is an Electrical Engineer with a Professional Engineer license, involved with some of the most demanding electrical control projects that custom-engineered cranes have achieved over the past 30 years. Her work has taken her across the United States, Europe, and Asia. During a stint at Kennedy Space Center, she received a letter of commendation from NASA for her design and testing of the cranes in the Vehicle Assembly Building that handle the Space Shuttle.
Brad Lytle
Senior Mechanical Engineer
After 35 years doing crane work for NASA's Kennedy Space Center, Brad entered the world of private crane consulting in 2016 and joined Eureka! Engineering's team in 2022. In addition, Brad's technical expertise has been enhanced by his volunteer service on the ASME Codes and Standards Committee for Cranes for Nuclear Facilities since 1986. He served as the Committee Chair for six of those years.
Marilyn Young Skogland

Marilyn is a degreed lawyer who transitioned from litigation to industrialist leadership, developing expertise in manufacturing, project management, contracting, human resources, and industrial workforce development. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington's Executive MBA program and has served on the Board of Directors of the Manufacturing Industrial Council of Seattle. She is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Kelso.
