Work included securing a $3,448,000 grant and loan funding package from USDA Rural Development to construct a new 750,000 GPD wastewater treatment plant and 10,200 linear feet of interceptor sewers.

David McSwain is the President and founding member of Essayon Engineering & Development, Inc. He has over 25 years of engineering experience in the design, project management, and construction management of water and wastewater systems and treatment facilities, spanning all phases from project concept through start-up for new and expanded facilities. He also assists clients with grant and loan acquisition from state and federal agencies.
