Growing up in the company, he occupied roles including Construction Inspector, Survey Crew Party Chief, Designer, and Project Manager. With over 25 years of professional experience, he has managed complex public infrastructure projects, urban redevelopment initiatives, renewable energy endeavors, brownfield reclamation projects, and general municipal engineering services.

Joining the company in 2018, Christopher Lescody brought over 25 years of land development knowledge, project management, and client strategies. He leads the land development department, overseeing a team of project managers, designers, and engineering technicians across single-family, multi-family, commercial, roadway, renewable energy, and urban infill projects.
