Serving as President since 2012, Matthew Ferris has instilled a culture founded on integrity, respect, and care for others. Growing up in the company, he occupied roles including Construction Inspector, Survey Crew Party Chief, Designer, and Project Manager. With over 25 years of professional experience, he has managed complex public infrastructure projects, urban redevelopment initiatives, renewable energy endeavors, brownfield reclamation projects, and general municipal engineering services.

Joining the company in 2018, Christopher Lescody brought over 25 years of land development knowledge, project management, and client strategies. He leads the land development department, overseeing a team of project managers, designers, and engineering technicians across single-family, multi-family, commercial, roadway, renewable energy, and urban infill projects.
They were committed to making sure the project stayed on track and were quick to resolve issues as they arose. I have been in the business for over 40-years and have worked with a lot of engineering firms. EPF's attention to detail is second to none and they completed all work on time.
