Northeast Industrial District Bar Screen Project

EAE served as the Architect-of-Record for the design of the roofing systems on both the Screen Building and the connected Pump Station, as well as replacing the bar screens in the Screen Building. The Screen Building featured 1,184 square feet of roof and the Pump Station contained 1,162 square feet of roof, including the incorporation of several skylights and the installation of fixed exterior FRP ladders. The original roofing was removed and replaced with an Atactic Polypropylene (APP) Modified Bituminous Membrane roofing system over flat and tapered roof insulation.
