Holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering and an Associate degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State. Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, North Carolina, and West Virginia.

Bryon A. Killian

Executive Vice President, Principal - Water/Wastewater

Leads the Civil, Water, Wastewater, and Environmental Services Group at Entech. Focuses on the cost-effective and strategic management of water and wastewater infrastructure and environmental compliance, overseeing system evaluations, data analysis, environmental compliance management, and design services. Holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Penn State, and is a Certified Wastewater Operator and a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New York, North Carolina, and Washington state.

Stuart Heisey

Principal, MEP Planning & Design Services

PE, LEED AP

Director of the Facilities Business Unit at Entech, leading facilities markets and planning and design services. Champions planning, design, and construction services for education, government, healthcare, industrial, municipal, and energy markets. Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and West Virginia. Holds a B.S. in Engineering from Messiah College and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Bryan C. Haag

Principal, Energy & Utilities

PE, LEED AP, CEM

Director of Utility, Energy, and Facility Condition Assessment Services. Guides clients through building and utility systems condition assessments, planning, and design. Addresses energy and carbon reduction planning in conjunction with utility projects or as independent energy initiatives. Holds a B.S. in Architectural Engineering (Mechanical Engineering Focus) from Drexel University. Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland, as well as a LEED AP certified professional and a Certified Energy Manager.

Tanner A. Sattler

Principal, Oil & Gas

PG

Leads the Oil and Natural Gas Services Team, providing expertise to upstream, midstream, and downstream clients for natural gas infrastructure development through environmental engineering, permitting, hydrogeological specifications, routing studies, and pipeline design. Holds an M.S. in Geology from West Virginia University and a B.S. in Earth Science from Penn State. Licensed Professional Geologist in Pennsylvania.

Christopher M. Hannum

Principal, Water/Wastewater

PE

Civil Engineering Manager overseeing the Water and Wastewater Engineering Department, focusing on project management, quality assurance, and staff training. Offers over 25 years of water and wastewater engineering experience. Holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and an M.S. in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering from Villanova University. Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and a veteran of the United States Army.

Matthew Quinn

Principal, Water/Wastewater

Oversees design, permitting, and construction of water and wastewater projects. Has spent his entire engineering career at Entech since starting as an intern in 2009. Holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Penn State.
