Overview
Founded in 1990 by Ali Khataw, Encotech Engineering Consultants, Inc. is a Central Texas MEP and structural engineering practice serving public and private clients from offices in Austin and San Antonio. For more than three decades, it has delivered structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design from concept through construction administration, later expanding its capabilities to include commissioning and third-party quality assurance and quality control. Operating across education, healthcare, government, commercial, multifamily residential, transportation, and hospitality markets, Encotech combines boutique-scale responsiveness with the technical depth of a larger practice.
