Neil Fernando founded Emerio Design in 2005 with a vision to do business with an emphasis on generosity and hospitality. He originally provided land developers a one-stop-shop for managing projects, later expanding services to include land survey, construction management, and a public works team. He serves as a YMCA Board of Trustees member and as the Honorary Chair of the 2024 Home Builders Foundation Gala.
