Larry Elkin holds MS and BS degrees from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (1995 and 1993). He holds active PE registrations in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina and is a Certified Level II Thermographer. His principal areas of practice include thermal and moisture diagnostics, building envelope analyses, corrosion analysis, mechanical systems assessments, and hurricane and catastrophe assessments.
