Lagan has extensive experience in building commissioning, working with some of the largest commissioning and energy services firms in the Northwest. He has nine years of experience in building commissioning, including Existing Building Commissioning (EBCx), and twelve years of experience in construction and energy-related fields.

Kevin has over a decade of experience in commissioning and retro-commissioning, as well as seven years of experience in the plumbing industry. He also brings practical experience in hydronic system design, troubleshooting, and installation.

Wesley has experience in HVAC and plumbing design as well as building commissioning. He joined as a partner in January 2022 and founded the Helena office.

Emily holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Her background includes time in the injection molding industry before transitioning to building commissioning.
