Dr. Khan has over 15 years of consulting and research experience in Structural Engineering including finite element analysis, field testing and assessment, structural health monitoring, and seismic design. His professional experience includes field testing and finite element analysis of prestressed concrete highway and commuter rail bridges, design and assessment of culverts, dam rehabilitation, and bridge hydraulics. He holds a PE license in four states (GA, IN, MI, LA) and has conducted extensive research on seismic analysis of bridges.
