Three Bridges Oak Preserve Trailhead

Engineering design for a trailhead serving nearly 4 miles of pathways at the Three Bridges Oak Preserve. Design addressed a blue-line stream crossing, street widening with retaining walls, tree preservation, a fire access road to Highway 41, and low-impact drainage elements. The trailhead includes ADA and horse-trailer parking. Dedicated September 2017.

Jeff van den Eikhof is the principal of Eikhof Design Group. He previously served as Associate Civil Engineer for the City of San Luis Obispo (1998-2001) and as Deputy Director of Public Works for the City of Atascadero before establishing the practice in 2007.
