Robert Basl
President
Robert Basl is a co-founder of EHS Technology Group and has worked for over 30 years as an environmental, health, and safety consultant. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton and is a certified lead auditor for ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and IATF 16949. His expertise includes air and water pollution control system evaluations, BACT determinations, hazardous waste management, SARA Title III compliance, and environmental management system implementation.

Vice President
Holly Padovani is a co-founder of EHS Technology Group and a project manager with a B.S. in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton. She specializes in air, wastewater, groundwater, and hazardous materials pollution across industries including rubber, plastics, automotive, printing, pharmaceutical, and woodworking.
J. Michael Clinch

Dr. Clinch is a co-founder of EHS and an environmental geologist with a Ph.D. in Geology and a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He is a registered Professional Geologist in Kentucky and specializes in Phase I/II/III Environmental Site Assessments, groundwater monitoring programs, and geological investigation.
