Boundary and Improvement Surveys
Boundary surveys verify property lines and monument property corners using Land Survey Plats or Improvement Survey Plats. Easements and rights-of-way are shown on all plats.
Construction Staking
Construction staking transfers design plans to full scale on the ground for contractors and excavators, for projects ranging from small commercial sites to large land developments.

Bob Edmonds has practiced land surveying since 1996. He holds an AAS in Civil Engineering Technology from Trinidad State Junior College and a BS in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Southern Colorado. Bob founded Edmonds Land Surveying, Inc. in January 2006 after working for five land surveying firms across Colorado and New Mexico.
