His extensive work experience has provided him with a well-rounded basis for complex electrical systems.

Mr. Delles serves as senior project manager and senior MEP engineer on a wide array of projects. Technically, he has designed such projects as high filtration clean room spaces for pharmaceutical clients, surgical suites for healthcare clients, commercial kitchen spaces for stadium complexes, and central utility plants for large academic campuses. His over 30 years of experience includes healthcare, life sciences, senior care, energy improvements, commercial, industrial, educational, sports, entertainment, and pharmaceutical buildings.

For over 30 years, Mr. Williams has been an industry leader with a wealth of experience in electrical design consulting and project management, particularly on heavy electrical infrastructure projects for healthcare and institutional research & development facilities. His prior experience working for an electrical contractor and for a large architectural engineering firm has given him both a theoretical understanding of complex electrical systems design and the practical experience needed for ongoing building operations.
