Johnny L. Walker, Chief Executive Officer, has over 30 years of leadership experience in technology management in both the private and public sectors. A retired Army officer with 21 years of service and Bronze Star awardee, he served as an engineer officer and functional area automation and information system management officer. His military career includes campaigns in Desert Storm, Somalia, Kuwait, Iraq, and Afghanistan. In the private sector, his program and project management experience spans over 25 years, including leadership of major programs for the U.S. Senate, Department of Energy, Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Department of Education, MedStar Health, and NOAA. Prior to founding Earth Space Technology Services, his career included roles as Program Manager at Affiliated Computer Services, Director of Information Technology at QSS Group, Senior Program Manager at Perot Systems/Dell, Vice President at Acentia/Maximus Federal, and Vice President at Aerodyne Industries.
